Studentship is intended to help cover daily subsistence, tuition fees and other expenses that research postgraduate students may incur during their study. Stipend is offered to selected number of students who demonstrate outstanding performance.

Regular Studentship (including tuition fee) through normal study period

RMB 15,800per month (including tuition fee) for PhD studies;

RMB 13,500per month (including tuition fee) for MPhil studies;

• The studentship will commence on the same date as you commence your studies.

• During the awarded period, students will shall serve as teaching assistant or research assistant subject to the arrangement of Faculty/School and/or their supervisor concerned. Their workload is up to 12 hours per week.
